EAPO would like to advise you, that in accordance with the amendments made by the Ordinance of the Government of the Russian Federation on September 15, 2011, no.781 in Statute on patent and other fees for the performance of legally significant actions, associated with patents for invention, utility model, industrial design, state registration of trademark and service mark, with state registration and granting of the exclusive rights to the appellation of origin, along with state registration of the transfer of those exclusive rights to other persons and contracts on regulation of these rights, and Annex to this Regulations, amount of fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents is valid on the territory of the Russian Federation; compiled amounts are for both patent holders from States party to the Eurasian convention, and patent holders from non-party states:
